When you send the booking form, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, organisation, event details) solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We keep inquiry data in our CRM for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for a maximum of 3 years afterwards, unless a contract is concluded. Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the technical providers that run our email and hosting infrastructure.
This site uses basic analytics (Google Analytics 4) to measure anonymous traffic. No advertising profiles are built from the booking form data.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). To exercise any right, email booking@roborevue.com.
